About Us

Stew

Stew joined us in late 2023 to help NannyMatters and The PayTeam achieve its longer-term operational processes and business goals. With 25 years’ experience as a global COO/CFO and as a Business Consultant, working across a number of industries and markets, Stew is well placed to help us deliver on this.

 

Cécile

With us for over two years now, Cécile has rapidly become a key member of the team taking on the payroll processing for our commercial clients whilst still supporting the rest of the team during the peak periods of the month on the nanny payroll side.

                 

Jean

Jean has been looking after nanny payrolls for nearly 20 years, and there is very little that she does not know about nannies and their pay, including some of the trickier, variable calculations. 

 

Laura

Laura is our HMRC and SMP Specialist and has over 25 years’ experience in the financial sector, specialising in payroll for the last 15 years. She has worked with a range of businesses, charities, small to medium sized enterprises and domestic clients. She has extensive knowledge of Payroll and Pension practices and makes sure she keeps herself and the team up to date with the latest legislation.

 

Nicola

The newest member of our team is an integral part of the office looking after our nanny clients’ payrolls and their HMRC queries. Nicola is now taking on the challenges of the NEST pension administration.

 

 

Delivering a great service on the phone, by email and online

We are a relatively small and caring group. We are not a call centre, and pride ourselves on our customer service which is second to none.

We aim to answer all our calls personally and within 3 rings, and you will never be asked to follow an electronic menu. We understand that email is a really convenient way to communicate and almost always reply within 4 hours, never longer than 1 working day.
