Paula Jones

As our Payroll Manager Paula has had a comprehensive career spanning over 25 years in the Payroll and Accounting sectors. Paula joined NannyMatters displaying her extensive adaptability and problem-solving abilities as an AAT qualified accountant to provide excellent service to clients and lead our Payroll Team to success.

Jean North

Jean has been looking after nanny payrolls for nearly 20 years, and there is very little that she does not know about nannies and their pay, including some of the trickier, variable calculations. 

Laura Cole

Laura is our HMRC and SMP Specialist has over 25 years experience in the financial sector, specialising in payroll for the last 15 years. She has worked with a range of businesses, including large employers, charities, small to medium sized enterprises and domestic clients. She has extensive knowledge of Payroll and Pension practices and makes sure she keeps herself and the team up to date with the latest legislation.

Tina Maidment

As our Payroll and Accounts Co-Ordinator Tina manages our payroll and pension subscriptions and invoicing. 

Vikki Lye (Maternity)

Vikki has worked for over 7 years in the financial services industry where she studied for her ABFA foundation course.  She is a NEST pension expert and liaises with HMRC about our nanny payrolls.  She also looks after our business clients, as well as bringing excellent customer service skills to the nanny payrolls.

We are a relatively small firm, not a call centre, and our customer service is second to none.
