Jamie is a recent university graduate, working for NannyMatters part-time before he goes into a career in the military. Managing all things pensions, he helps clients get up and running with their NEST schemes, ensuring they’re compliant with the auto-enrolment legislation every step of the way. He’ll also ensure that the pensions regulator is aware that our clients are carrying out their employer duties.
Jamie has joined the team as a trainee payroll administrator, bringing 9 years of customer service experience. He also holds an accountancy qualification and is keen to learn all aspects of payroll administration.
Jean has been looking after nanny payrolls for over 20 years, and there is very little that she does not know about nannies and their pay, including some of the trickier, variable calculations.
As our Payroll and Accounts Administrator Nicola manages our payroll and pension subscriptions and invoicing. Using her previous experience as a business owner Nicola strives to ensure that our processes and procedures provide our customers with exceptional customer service. She also incorporates her 11 years’ legal experience into the role.
Vicky is an accomplished administrator with extensive experience across a range of sectors from small start-up businesses to large government bodies. She has expertise in systems and process improvements. She works as payroll administrator managing our weekly payroll clients and works as part of the team on monthly payroll processing. Vicky also looks after our Twitter feed, Facebook page and website content.
Vikki has worked for over 7 years in the financial services industry where she studied for her ABFA foundation course. She is a NEST pension expert and liaises with HMRC about our nanny payrolls. She also looks after our business clients, as well as bringing excellent customer service skills to the nanny payrolls.
